Booking Us

Booking the band is easy, all you need to do is contact us for a friendly chat about what you need, and when! We always put on a good show, and get people up dancing. Our selection of numbers is guaranteed to please, as we offer a wide-ranging style of music comprising of well known numbers you can sing along to, and great numbers to dance to, as well as some old classic songs.


We provide the following equipment as standard:

  • Amplifiers and P.A. system for use by the band. (Note: if you wish to use this for your event for background music or announcements, please discuss your requirements with us)
  • Instruments (Drum kit, guitars, mics etc.)
  • Basic lighting (Colour-changing stage lights and moving ceiling-projected effects)


There are a few bits of information you should have to hand, just to make things easier:

  • The date you want to book us. It's a good idea to check our gig list first to make sure we are available!
  • The times you want us to play from and until - the most common is 9pm until 11pm, but this is just a guide.
  • The location of your venue.
  • The rough size of your venue and/or roughly how many people you think may attend.
  • If you're booking us for a Wedding, Birthday or other private function, and you would like us to play a particular song, even if it is one we don't normally do, then please just ask! We're happy to learn a new number or two for special occasions.
  • Your budget - we're a very affordable band, and our fees are very reasonable. We don't publish our fees on our website because they can vary depending on what you need, how long you want us to play for, and how far we need to travel etc. The best thing to do is simply contact us and chat to us - we're always happy to take bookings!
  • We can also provide lighting and effects if required, however these are usually hired to order at additional cost.


All our equipment is good quality and can handle small to medium sized venues, which is everything from a small pub to a large club. Soulpatch carry full Public Liability Insurance, and our equipment is regularly tested for electrical safety*. If you want to book us for a large outside venue or large stage show, or an event with many bands taking part (such as charity fundraisers), then we will need to discuss what equipment can be supplied, or possibly renting additional higher powered equipment.

* Soulpatch are happy to grant permission for you to connect your equipment into the sound desk, speakers or amplifiers if requested. Please note that for safety and insurance purposes, we must insist that any equipment you wish to connect to equipment supplied by Soulpatch is also maintained to equivelent standards and tested. If your equipment does not meet these standards, Soulpatch reserve the right to refuse permission.
